Week 13 Results

This week I did Yoga and walked around Collin Creek Mall again. I think we did about a mile and a half plus 12 sets of stairs: walking down and running up. I also went swimming on Saturday for a couple of hours. Yesterday I spent 4 hours outside cleaning my dad's saddle leather seats in his truck as a Father's Day present. I'm not sure I'll be offering that as a gift again as my right shoulder is killing me. With all of that I still managed to gain weight - grrrr. This week I have scheduled three Yoga classes and still plan on walking at the mall on Saturday. I brought my lunch today, too, so hopefully I'll stay on track this week. Better results HAVE to come soon! The good news is my body fat went down and my water went up - that has to be good, right???

  1. Ashley, this is something that I'm doing daily in addition to running treads, and weights at the YMCA. You can do it in 11 minutes a day with no equipment. The booklet is a free download PDF file.
